Four times a year in our school is sports day. I think this is necessary and important event because people need to develop. This event invented our teachers. It occurs in the forest. At first we meet there and prepair to compete with another class. After that we run cross. It is wery difficult. Then we jumping in sacks. It is a little bit funny... Then pushups. This is my favorite part of the competition. And the last is tug-of-war. The last time we won this competition. In the end we all have prizes like cold and fresh water. What else is needed? Then we go home to rest. I think sport day is very useful for us.

Thanks a lot for your letter. It was so interesting to hear about celebration of Saint Valentine's day. You asked me about my favorite tradition. So i tell you about it. This is very interesting and old tradition. I tell you about Halloween.
Halloween is celebrated on the 31st of October. On that day people have or go to Halloween parties and play Halloween games. My favorite game is 'bobbing for apples'. In this game, apples float in large tub of water or hang from a string, and players try to catch an apple in their mouth without using their hands. The main symbol of the Halloween is jack-o-lantern. People hollow out a turnip, cut holes in the shell to make the eyes, nose and mouth, and place a lighted candle inside it. This is my favorite part of the Halloween.))) In that holiday people dress up in costumes to go 'trick-or-treating' to house in their neghbour-hood.
Also in that day is Zombie Walk, when people dress up like a zombie and walking in the streets.)))
I like this holiday very much, because I like dress up in costumes and cut pumpkin. =O

My Favourite Sport

Tennis, hockey, volley-ball, football, basketball, rugby, cycling and cricket have become very popular in Estonia.
We all need exercise. Exercising is very useful for young and of course for old people.
As long as I can remember myself I was always keen on Ju-do. I love this sport with its old traditions. I have trainings every day. For training you must have some equipment like Kimono and special belt. Ju-do is wery heavy sport. You must be hardy and strong.

Theatre Estonia

I think archetecture of Theatre Estonia is very inyeresting. Theatre very big and actors there are vete talanted. The song and drama society "Estonia" was founded in 1870. Play-acting was taken up in 1871, although theatre as a tradition did not really come into being until 1895, when the society began to direct song plays, folk plays and comedies, usually with singing and dancing. Director of this theatre is Paul Himma. Actors and actresses are very good playing they're roles, but they not very famous. I think theatre is very nice and beautiful. I were there one year ago and I were impressed by the scenery and costumes.

My favorite book

My favourite book is "Robinson Crusoe" by Daniel Defoe. D. Defoe (1660-1731)was a great master of realistic detail. The novel "Robinson Crusoe" was writen in 1719. The novel is praise to human labour and the triumph of man over nature. Defoe shovs the development of his hero. At beginning of the story we see an unexperienced youth, a rather frivolous boy, who then becomes a strong-willed man.

Robinson Crusoe's most characteristic trait is his optimism. His guiding principle in life become "never say die" and "in trouble to be troubled is to have your troubles doubled' He had confidence in himself and in man. He believed it was within the power of man to overcome all difficulties. Crusoe was an enthusiastic worker and always hoped for the best.

Defoe is a writer of the Enlightenment. He teaches people how to live, he tries to teach what's good and what's bad.

This is my favorite book because I was interested in rearing his adventures. I recommend to read this book.

Ideal friend

Being a good friend is not just about having a good time with others, it's also about how willing you are to put your friends first or point out when they're doing something you don't agree with. But what means frienship? Friendship is the cooperative and supportive relationship between people, or animals. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, affection, and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis. Friends should understand, think always and careseach other about each other, like "Happy Tree Friends"
